opentaps CRM2 focuses on organization’s relationships with individual people — including customers, service users, colleagues, or suppliers — throughout your lifecycle with them, including finding new customers, winning their business, and providing support and additional services throughout the relationship.
Access it from the web, from Gmail, and even embed it into the existing order management or business application system. It lets everybody in the organization work together by sharing emails, discussions, and activities while using favorite tools to get the job done.
Opentaps CRM2 offers users the unlimited flexibility and innovation that comes with free access to the source code, along with the expertise and professional support of high quality commercial software. Unifying Email with opentaps CRM2 is very easy. Once user’s email addresses are entered, opentaps CRM2 will verify the email address and password to make sure it’s correct.
Then it will automatically start pulling in and indexing the emails from that account. These can be accessed from our web-user interface, the Chrome browser extension and the Android and iPad / iPhone mobile apps. In the web or mobile UI, see a continuous stream of all the emails coming in and out of the organization. The opentaps CRM2 social API records social interactions with any node of data in opentaps CRM2.
There is also a comments API with an approval process. REST API stores the data into opentaps CRM2, along with all the other interactions with customers such as emails, phone calls, or internal discussions. CRM2 comes with a set of widgets which could be plugged right into opentaps 1.x series.
This allows users to discuss issues, see history of notes and discussions, and even find relevant emails while they're processing orders / invoices / payments. These widgets can also be extended to other parts of the system and to other legacy ERP or CRM systems.
