NinjaRMM offers features such remote monitoring, network management, real-time dashboards, IT automation, Windows Patching, advanced reporting, and third-party patching that are ideal in an IT marketplace and tight integrations with products used by MSPs as well as IT professionals.
With NinjaRMM, users have an ideal platform to create notifications for all device and system level events, trace, capture, and audit changes to their infrastructure, track how the technicians are using the system and log all changes, and get a real-time feed of system activities. The endpoints offered by NinjaRMM can run across Windows and Mac endpoints by the use of native platform data acquisition techniques.
Through this, users can monitor processors, utilization and network adapters, software and hardware inventory, disk and volume information and usage, and public and private IP address. The cloud engine provided by NinjaRMM can externally monitor all the aspects faced in the internet infrastructure. The cloud engine comes with features such as port compliance on inbound ports, ping latency and availability, and DNS resolution with response times. The network management agent monitors all the firewalls, printers, routers, and switches.
The remote monitoring and management software provides a full complement of conditions and out of the box templates that make it easy to trigger notifications on critical events in the system.
