One can choose an area of concentration based upon personal interests and professional goals. The concentration options are: Human Resource Management; Organizational Effectiveness; Global Talent Management; and Learning, Development, and Executive Coaching. Students also take at least one elective course as part of the program. There is also a mandatory capstone experience which allows students to put into practice the knowledge they have acquired either through a special project course or by completing a thesis. The degree may be completed online, on campus, or through a combination of both. The duration of the course is about two years when you study full-time. You can also study part-time through evening and weekend classes, which will take you about five years to complete the program. Part-time study is a plus for senior managers and executives as well as recent college graduates as it offers maximum flexibility for their busy schedules.
