NetFacilities offers features such as work order management, asset management, site/job-site management, labor tracking, inventory tracking and mobile application. NetFacilities lets users manage assets, experience preventive maintenance, work orders, inventory and vendors. NetFacilities has flexible permissions which can be set up based on the role a user will play while working on the system so the user can work seamlessly with customers, tenants, employees, and contractors.
NetFacilities lets it possible for assets to be assigned with bar codes, locate equipment, warranty information, attach images and electronic operating manuals for quick reference, set up automated preventive maintenance schedules, track repair history and related costs. NetFacilities lets users setup scheduled reports generation and distribution, evaluate labor time and costs, performance and productivity, assess services & tasks and complete tracking of repair costs down to the task level which are fully cross-browser compatible.
NetFacilities gives the user the power of CMMS to the people anywhere and anytime. MobileFacilities, a wireless version of NetFacilities CMMS, provides an easy-to-use, cost-effective solution for the user’s maintenance personnel in the field which is designed to run on IOS or Android smart phones and tablets. NetFacilities provide the system, the system maintenance, and all other IT resources/hardware so the user just need computer systems with Internet and browser capability to log into the user’s licensed domain.
