Mipsis

Mipsis is an online quality control inspection software that is designed to plan the quality control processes for incoming and outgoing goods. Mipsis shortens the inspection time and optimizes the cost. Mipsis’ features include quality control inspection entry, inspection plan, sample table, inspection form and inspection result.

Mipsis’ inspection entry provides a screen displaying the records of the products that enter the quality control storage. Materials entering the storage are obtained either directly from suppliers or production unit. Each party of products is subject to a control level is determined by the system based on the past quality performance of our suppliers or production units. Its’ sample size depends on the amount of party and the level which is represented with K and classified in relation to the importance of the characteristics of the materials to be controlled.

When the characteristic of each sample is controlled, the control values and results found are entered into the control form and control results page respectively. Inspection plan intends to show how the lots are inspected.

Mipsis’ inspection level act involves a circular process composed of acceptances, rejects and conditional acceptances. It also allows separate inspection plan to be applied to each customer and materials. More quality problems require more strict inspection which increases inspection plan. Sampling table involves defining of default tables for products. The inspection form involved detailed information about the inspection carried out which is not compulsory to be filled out. Inspection results keeps all the decisions taken about the controlled products in the quality control stage.
