It lets you boost your business fundamentals with data driven tools grounded in the science of management and helps you develop the confidence and leadership acumen required to take risks at the right time. This program takes 20 months to complete and is designed to complement your professional and personal priorities. The MIT Executive curriculum integrates data driven analytical methods and the fundamentals of business management with an action-learning based approach to executive level management education. Through this scientific approach you learn research-based tools and acquire the skills and the credibility to lead change across your organization and industry. There are 26 weekend sessions that meet all-day on Fridays and Saturdays, and which provide iterative engagement with the program courses and an opportunity to collaborate with classmates and build on each other’s experiences. This program has four executive modules which combine intensive classwork, collaboration with classmates on projects, evening events, and speakers. You’ll also study electives that give you an opportunity to explore more deeply specific areas of interest. The program also features action-based learning experiences that let you apply the program’s methodologies and frameworks both to your company and to team challenges focusing on other enterprise and industry interest. In your final semester, you get to participate in Global Labs which involve working as part of tight-knit team of advisors helping leaders of a company to solve a demanding issues relating to innovation, global management, or global social challenges.
