Liberty Accounts incorporates time saving features to help with bookkeeping and payroll regimes, as well as imminent mandatory online filing of VAT and PAYE returns. Unlike other accountancy software, Liberty Accounts doesn’t require you to buy or install any software. Instead it’s designed to deliver a cost effective online accounting software service to UK businesses and not-for profit organisations who recognise the benefits of using online bookkeeping and payroll software to manage their accounting process, through their browser.
The software makes it possible for businesses, accountants and bookkeepers to collaborate effortlessly; whilst providing an unmatched level of functionality at a price-point to suit small and medium sized organisations.
Liberty accounts ensure that the requirements of both Not-for-profit and commercial organizations are met. Clients range from manufacturing business to a single person organization with over a hundred employees and with for those not for profit organizations which include small charities with £10m + income that have more requirements for those ones with less than £20000. The pricing policy ensures that the strong integrated feature of liberty accounts is available to larger organizations paying more and at an affordable price for the smaller ones.
It is important to note that all the prices are exclusive of VAT and that all subscriptions should be met by means of direct debit. Commercial businesses are licensed under the small business Concession at £12.95 a month.
A concession pricing of £12.95 per month also benefits Not for-profit organizations while the organization remains bound to the thresholds, we also offer not for-profit support scheme which decreases the shares made on a monthly basis, by one of each commercial subscriber ushered into liberty accounts, under this kind of scheme, it is possible to use Liberty accounts for free.
An organization becomes subject to standard pricing once it exceeds the defined thresholds as assessed in the first month of every billing run. Once an organization exceeds the fair usage allowance of 500 per month the organization is subject to transactions, excess charge within a 3-month transaction average. A commercial establishment within a turnover period of 12 months and £75000 in excess will lose concessionary pricing status. For unlicensed organization's data is retained for a maximum period of 12 months, after which it is erased from the system automatically.
