Pick your own MTA, determine where attachments are stored or where your users and groups are managed.

Kopano Dashboard is there to help you manage your Kopano installations. You can choose the features you want to be enabled in your installations (e.g. on premise or in the cloud storage). Dashboard will provide you with recommendations for system updates and tuning which will help you get the best out of your hard- and software configuration. The integration with helpdesk tools and the Kopano knowledge base will make sure you have the right information available when needed.

Text chat is available in a public meeting room, or one-on-one for when you just need to ask a quick question. The Kopano OL Extension enables you to see which emails you’ve already responded to. Integration options for any LDAPv3-based user directory (including Active Directory, openLDAP, eDirectory) and the ability to work with your choice of any infrastructural components such as MTAs or Webservers provide the maximum freedom of choice.
