Jaspersoft Business Intelligence Suite Community Edition includes JasperReports Server, JasperReports Library, Jaspersoft Studio and iReport Studio. JasperReports Server is a stand alone and embeddable reporting server which provides reporting and analytics that can be embedded into a web or mobile application as well as operate as a central information hub for the enterprise. The JasperReports Library is the reporting engine which is written in Java and it is able to use data coming from any kind of data source and produce pixel-perfect documents that can be viewed, printed or exported in a variety of document formats including HTML, PDF, Excel, OpenOffice and Word. This library is the engine at the core of the iReport Designer, Jaspersoft Studio, and JasperReports Server.

Jaspersoft Studio is the eclipse-based report designer for JasperReports and JasperReports Server. Jaspersoft Studio create very sophisticated layouts containing charts, images, subreports, crosstabs and much more. Jaspersoft Studio lets access the data through JDBC, TableModels, JavaBeans, XML, Hibernate, CSV, and custom sources and publish reports as PDF, RTF, XML, XLS, CSV, HTML, XHTML, text, DOCX, or OpenOffice.
