In4Suite business development module allows users to effectively capture the starting point of construction process. This includes creating property information, capturing land details, integrating Google Maps to determine land marks, handle land payment details, and tenant management issues. In4Suite legal module helps legal teams to manage and maintain legal templates and documents that include Sale Deeds, Contracts, and many more. In4Suite Engineering module allows them to create cost estimates and BOQ’s of their projects, manage tendering process, contracting monitoring, and QS Tracking.
In4Suite can also be deployed to procurement related processes, from the creation of purchase orders to the monitoring of the items procured from suppliers. In4Suite sale module facilitates sales data management and maintenance, customer information management, and tracking of all the non-project expenses or overhead expenses.
