Hurrah! is the users’ real-time recognition tool. It improves user Contact Center teams’ performance by broadcasting KPIs and celebrating their achievements.

With Hurrah! users can display the key data on TVs by finding the best way to display the data throughout the users’ office by choosing from the template gallery of charts, leaderboards, grids or announcement slides and customizing them to fit the users’ business needs.

By creating tournaments or contests based on performance one can create appealing contests through keeping user individuals and teams focused and engaged.

Users can use Hurrah! as a communication channel by setting up announcements, countdowns, big figures, goal accomplishments, etc. Users can further get the data directly from its source because Hurrah! can get information from several data-sources including SQL Server, Dynamics CRM, IBM DB2, MySQL Server, Oracle and Excel.

Users can have the information updated in real time without the need to do so manually! Users can also create and edit slides by easily setting up users with no hassle, using the friendly web admin console.
