HRPartner offers features such as time-off, vacation and absence management, applicant tracking and recruitment, employee onboarding and checklists, grievance notes, reports and charts, training records and role and access control. HRPartner lets users manage core employee records and update information and store company documents, handbooks, and procedures. HRPartner lets users keep track of employee performance, vacation time and time-off balances and generate absence reports instantly.

HRPartner provides a Mobile-Friendly Employee Self-Service (ESS) which lets the users’ employees submit time-off requests, view their vacation balance, and view company documents from any device. HRPartner’s team is constantly working on modern, cutting-edge enhancements to stay ahead of the times which means that the users get to enjoy frequent software updates without having to pay for new features.

HRPartner also same-day responses to all support queries and offer live chat for instant interactions where HRPartner’s team listens to feedback and have a customer suggestion board where the users can post their ideas.
