Hippo CMMS unique maintenance request portal gives submitter the option to save time by seamlessly submitting work orders straight from their desktop and mobile device. The users can easily access and attach documentation, such as ID tags, documents or photos, with corresponding items and also use interactive floor plans and site maps to locate maintenance issues by section and stay in the loop with real-time insights into assets and equipment.
Hippo’s user friendly CMMS software is designed with the end user in mind that means that the software is made to help make the user’s life easier by helping the user manage the user’s facility as simply and efficiently as possible.
