Highspot allows integration with cloud file systems such as Dropbox, Google Drive, so you can store and share content wherever you want. Highspot lets you engage prospects via email, phone, and screen sharing live on the web within the same browser window. You also get real-time alerts when customers are looking at content that you’ve shared letting you get in touch at the perfect moment.

Highspot puts all customer activity into Salesforce so that your sales agents spend more time selling. Highspot analytics module conducts content genomics – analyzing and optimizing the performance of your content in terms of content usage, effectiveness, and customer engagement across the entire sales cycle.
