Heymarket provides an excellent platform for texting with your clients to improve the customer service as well as driving the sales.
The features offered by Heymarket include; a shared inbox, mobile apps and web, shared templates, contacts, and lists, text enabled landlines, a shared inbox and messages, typing indicators, auto reply, and signatures. The shared inbox enables you to create one or more inboxes used for sharing customer messages, managing replies, logistics, operations, and customer service. Heymarket provides an excellent platform for sharing templates, contacts, and lists. Due to this, Heymarket provides the administrator with full control over what is shared and also how the templates, contacts, and lists are shared.
Heymarket provides the text enabled landlines that enable you to keep your voice service intact.
