Again, Guru allows you to easily segment and organize your knowledge by categories and tags thereby optimizing your representatives’ search experience. Guru content and user analytics let you identify trends and best practices by studying which competitors, usage cases, or objections, your prospects highlight during conversations.

In return, you discover gaps in your enablement strategy, which you can close to drive more revenue growth. Guru lets you monitor content performance by generating trackable email links for your Guru content, for which you receive real-time alerts when they are opened by prospects. You can link to files in Guru from popular cloud storage providers or upload files directly to Guru.

Since your product, buyers, and competitors are constantly changing, Guru built a verification workflow to ensure all your sales knowledge stays up-to-date. This enables you to predictively surface appropriate competitive-positioning messages to your sales agents, directly in the CRM apps or support solutions they are working in like Salesforce, Zendesk, and Desk.com, based on what’s important to them.

Guru enables you to logically organize users into groups, and manage user permissions through Single Sign-on (SSO) on major identity providers like OneLogin, Okta and Ping.
