Group office easily integrates e-mail, calendar, task lists, employee and customer information, as well as notes and newsletters to customer profiles and projects allowing easier management of information and tasks.
Workload and support is also supported through its Helpdesk feature, Time Tracking module, mobile sync which can all be organized under its project module. Collaborative working documents are also easily worked on through its Group-office transfer feature or via integration with Google Drive or ThinkFree.
Collaborative documents and other files uploaded into Group-Office are organized and easily searchable through its file search module. Group-Office also helps with financial functions with its Billing feature which include: online forms for quotes, orders and invoices that can be printed readily or submitted via the integrated e-mail system.
