It's a Windows program that manages client and prospect contact details as well as interactions with these contacts, such as calls made to and by the contact, emails sent and received, and sales forecasts. GoldMine Web is a browser-based app that has the look and feel of a web client and doesn’t require installation for the end user.
GoldMine Web has a simple intuitive interface that makes adoption easier while enhancing the affordability and data security of a premise based installation. It is included with all new and upgrades – and client can mix and match to make sure each user has the right access option and set of features to do their job.
Goldmine has key contact and relationship management functionality and provide a new user interface that maybe the preferred interface for newer users or users wanting only basic contact management. Other options will remain for those power or advanced users wanting the full functionality. The first release of GoldMine Web, provides real time web browser access to a GoldMine database using any browser without any desktop setup.
You can also create contact records, activity history, and also custom fields. It supports field attributes, security levels, and field validation lists. Goldmine can link to other sent and received emails to your GoldMine Contacts through web based email clients when server side auto-linking is enabled in GoldMine Premium.
