Its main key features are its ability to maintain the specifics of each inventory in all technical resources and their features. The application also manages the users functions and requests as well as maintain actions and bound procedures. GLPI has many other features.
It has the ability to manage multi-parks and multi-structures. GLPI manages the many users of the application. It can work with multiple servers and multiple authentication systems. GLPI can be configured into 45 different languages. The system has the ability to configure fields, drop downs, personal reminders and feeds. Reports can be produced in different formats like PDF, Excel, XML, and CSV, SQL among others.
GLPI helps administrators in notification of important events such as renewal of licenses, expiry of contracts, and replenishment of inventory among others.
