The program is taught by a faculty of experienced practitioners who will help you to develop the advanced management and leadership skills you need for a successful and impactful career in project management. The program’s online format gives working professionals the flexibility to earn your degree at a pace that suits your schedule. You can complete the program in as little as 2 years, and most importantly, without having to interrupt your career to earn your degree. The online master’s in Project Management has the same curriculum as the on-campus format and offers access to all of the same University resources. Being web-based, students are able to watch lectures and complete assignments at their own convenient time and place.

The program’s curriculum features a total of 10 courses (30 credits total), including: 2 core courses, 5 foundation courses, and 3 elective courses. Courses in the program will enable you to master the key strategies needed to manage risk, minimize costs, control scope, and incorporate research insights into the planning and management process. A required Ethics course explores the ethical responsibilities of all project management professionals to themselves, corporations, the government, and the public. It also introduces students to an ethical decision-making framework and applied ethical issues. A required Capstone course provides students with an opportunity to apply what they have learned in the program in a project aligned with students’ chosen areas of interest.
