It is 100% Salesforce Native as it seamlessly integrates with other Salesforce data and cloud-based. It includes a chronological view over pending records which helps removing bottleneck, and displays the historical details of completed and in-progress approval processes and their individual steps in reports and dashboards; in that way users can measure and learn to optimize their approval process. Then, there is Approval Manager.
With Approval Manager users can set deadline against approval process, controlling how long it takes to approve or reject a record. They can escalate records automatically if they are not approved or rejected within the set deadline. Its features include all Approval Analytics features and add much more. First of all, users can predict and plan the sales cycle from pipeline to closed sales, and manage sales approval expectations throughout the organization. The results can be compared to the actual result in the Approval Forecast Summary Analytics.
Then there is automation. End-users set business rules, which trigger automation when records meet certain criteria. Escalation helps users identify when records have fallen outside of an intended service level. It also includes a leaderboard that is the approval motivation engine. It helps tracking individual approval progress so users can accelerate their approval process, achieve their approval goals and recognize their team’s performance.
