The general ledger accounting feature maintains accurate account balances and allows only balanced journal entries, maintains a detailed audit trail of all transactions to increase data accuracy, and allows budget amendments to be made at any time during the journal entry process. The accounts payable feature provides an excellent platform for accessing data from the desktop quickly, tracking of permanent and temporary vendors, and maintaining unlimited vendor history. The accounts payable feature also handles all aspects of the accounts payable process.
