Freshchat lets users engage proactively with visitors who are dropping off or are closer to making a purchase then users can allow the bot to then kick in, qualify leads, and auto-upload them into the users’ CRM. Freshchat also offers an events timeline, user information, and social profiles which lets users know who the users are talking to and what they are up to.
Freshchat also lets users pull additional information from external apps to make contextual conversations. Freshchat enables users to set up campaigns to onboard and educate new users, or retain and re-engage lapsing customers.
Freshchat also enables users to send announcements, get feedback, or share tips and best practices. Freshchat engages with visitors and customers on the website, in-product, mobile app, and social DM’s so that users can bring all the conversations inside one team inbox.
