Fileboard intelligent cadences help you create sales communication workflows through email, direct calls, and social media enabling your sales teams to land more meetings and close more deals. Fileboard allows you to segregate data, content, and features based on team spaces. It lets you create, manage, and share email templates directly from Gmail, Outlook, or Fileboard, and use them across any service.

Fileboard role-based control lets you set access limits to features, templates, and files. Fileboard in-depth reporting and A/B testing let you discover top performing email templates, slides, and page, and those which deliver winning results.

Fileboard tracks customer engagement and sends you real-time alerts notifying you when prospects open your sales content, how long they read the content, and who they share it with. It then generates a full timeline of every prospect activity including emails, calls, meetings, and file opens. It then assigns an engagement score for each prospect that outlines how interested a prospect is, and helps you determine the ones worth a follow-up as well as enable you to prioritize your tasks based on customer engagement.

Workflow provides capabilities to manage current policies and restrictions and ensure you adhere to all current email campaign policies. Fileboard keeps track of all engaged leads, sends reminders for forgotten contacts, and creates low-priority tasks for dormant accounts. Fileboard lets you perform simple, reliable, and effective online meetings with your prospects through screenshares, web demos, and presentations.

Fileboard integrates with your favorite CRMs allowing users to send trackable files and log emails automatically. An intelligent Sales Dialer integrated within the CRM also allows sales reps to call prospects with a single click and to record calls for training or coaching automatically. Fileboard reporting and analytics software lets you generate content and sales activity reports which give you an in-depth overview of your sales teams’ performance and Return-on-Investment (ROI).
