FidoTrack is a web application that runs natively in most browsers. FidoTrack Gamification helps call center operators create irresistible workplaces by utilizing intelligent game mechanics that maximizes agent engagement so call centers could reduce costs and increase revenue. FidoTrack does not have any specific computer or OS requirements so any computer and a compatible browser will support and is able to run FidoTrack just fine. FidoTrack recommends Windows 7 or newer or Mac OS X 10.7 (Lion) or newer.

FidoTrack offers virtual contests and auctions that can be started on the fly. FidoTracks’s game mechanics promote achievement and agent engagement which slashes turnover and increases agent retention. FidoTrack also set goals for agents that matter to the company and reward them for hitting it. Users can now motivate agents to achieve through FidoTrack’s Leveling and Peer to Peer features. Users can reduce Agent Training Costs, since FidoTrack’s dynamic scripting with customizable rebuttals cut training time in half. Users can Make Real Time Decisions using FidoTrack’s KPI which is delivered lightning fast so users are never waiting on data. Users can Increase Top Line Revenue through Hundreds of reports delivered real time which gives users the tools to grow their business while it is happening. FidoTrack also works seamlessly with current technology through hundreds of existing integrations and future integrations.
