Fetch is an expense management and reimbursement system that facilitates and simplifies expense reporting and reimbursing members of your team. Fetch works well on any Android or iOS device. The dashboard is intuitive and the interface is easy to navigate. Once Fetch is installed and running, link the system to the bank account for faster and seamless payments and reimbursements. Fetch allows employees to easily send details of their expenses to their managers or supervisors without having to engage in a back-and-forth sending of emails, thus streamlining the submission of expenses and mileage. For managers, it speeds up calculating, validating and paying of reimbursable requests.

With Fetch, employees are able to categorize and submit expense and mileage costs by simply capturing a photo of receipt(s) with their smartphone. Fetch then automatically extracts data from the receipt image and forwards it to an approval team via the Fetch mobile app. From the web app expenses can be reviewed, approved, and paid, with fast ACH deposits. Fetch app also notifies employees in real time when an expense of theirs is approved and paid.

Reports on spending per employee, per project, or per category can be generated in the Fetch web app and then downloaded as .csv or .pdf reports. Fetch uses 256-bit encryption, which is the same method used by trusted online banking services.
