eTicket is a HelpDesk Solution that uses a PHP-based electronic support by receiving tickets through emails or /and webforms. eTicket comes with many features which are easy and ideal to use and are compatible with any website. The major features of eTicket include the ability to support aliases and or piping with perl gateway. It also supports POP3 login. It uses three types of databases; Perl gateway, PHP backened and MySQL database. It receives unlimited number of emails and therefore can handles alot of requests at a time. Panels are well customized for users and administrators to suit their role and for control purposes. eTicket accepts attachments of a limited size. It is possible to login with email or ticket assigned to you and view all tickets sent from that email. eTicket gives privileges to administrators to delete tickets from a database, create departments in form of categories, create supporters, define groups, enable and disable response messages and email alerts. Other users who are not administrators can only view tickets for which department they belong and cannot delete tickets. eTicket has lately been upgraded and its new features include; easy installation, easy styling of themes, RSS feeds, Captcha, configurable spam, Multi-lingual,
