EspoCRM is a free web-based CRM solution that provides multiple features to improve productivity, communication, collaboration and efficiency by automating various business processes.

EspoCRM can be integrated with communication channels and task manager applications including: e-mail, telephony, calendar, and social media. It can serve as the single repository of customer and internal team contacts for more efficient workflow of communications. It has an existing calendar function but can also be integrated with Google Calendar. Meanwhile its e-mail function can be linked with group IMAP accounts or personal accounts while also automatically associating correspondence to the related record.

It has all the basic functions for e-mail including templates, signatures, filters and mass e-mail. The same function can also be used for marketing e-mail campaigns which can be targeted based on synched reports. It can also be integrated with MailChimp through its Advanced Pack. VoIP telephony can be integrated with EspoCRM and allows connections to different types of contact numbers including: Mobile, Fac, Office, Home etc. Document management, as well as import and export of forms and reports to excel and csv is also available in EspoCRM.

This means data collected and stored through its platform can be used to generate meaningful reports. Users may also opt to use Its reports feature through the Advanced Pack. Vice Versa, existing data sets and working files can be saved or imported into the system to synch or consolidate for reporting.

EspoCRM also provides the essential features for customer support including Customer Portal, Case Management, Knowledge Base and E-mail association to cases.Workflows and controls are customizable in EspoCRM including automation of specific actions based on defined conditions, managing layout, label management, and adding other features through extensions. Security and access is controlled through defined user roles, relationships and access as well as approval levels defined by the admin.
