eMada

eMada is a platform that facilitates creation, designing, and implementation of technology used for streamlining the student management system. eMada simply manages the volume of registration data universities and colleges manage often.

eMada also functions by making sure the student information is processed efficiently, quickly, and accurately. Since eMada is an online cloud based student management system, it therefore provides a platform for students to processes their own registration and also they can manage their own course administration by using any device.

The first eMada module is the core module. The core module defines and contains the system’s operational parameters. The core module facilitates setting up of parameters that suit a user’s specific needs. The benefit of the core module is defining the business rules from the interface, therefore providing an easy setup and quick to launch. The accounts receivable module facilitates conducting of the billing process on a single streamlined platform. The accounts receivable module also includes students and non-students customers.

eMada also provides the continuing education center module that acts as an end to end module for colleges and universities that offer public or preparatory courses to any community. The continuing education center module also facilitates scheduling of courses and exam timings. The module also defines courses on entry levels and certification exams required. eMada also features the hostel module that facilitates managing of all aspects of students that reside on campus. The hostel module also provides information on rooms that are vacant and provides rates of rent per room based on intervals ranging from semester to day rates.
