EffortlessHR is an all-inclusive web-based HRIS providing a solution for automating various HR-related tasks, reports and processes. The system supports a paperless environment as requests, approvals and reports can be completed and viewed online.

The module also provides access to state and labor law posters in support of adherence. Complete employee information is also translated into reports that can be used to view employee demographics, performance, skills, certifications and financial related reporting. Its cloud based file management module supports all file formats and allows users to control privacy levels of each file saved into it.

It also allows easy sharing of files with other team members and departments even those outside the local network connection which is helpful for companies with multiple branches.
