EBI Neutrino R1 is an open source software that combines both Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM). ERP and CRM are essential in aiding companies to maximize their resources and success.
ERP deals with accounting functions, internal processes, inventory management and orders. CRM handles the call center, customer service functions, marketing, and sales.Key features of EBI Neutrino include Open source CRM, ERP, new search engine integrated with the new web based technology groovy, Leads, Opportunity, Offer, Orders, Campaign, Product, Calendar, Email Client.
The orders module under ERP has made it possible for employees to orders coming through in real time from the sales representatives using CRM. This system allows correct pricing and proper quotation according to the available materials. Sales representatives can, in turn, follow up the statuses of their orders using ERP and update clients accordingly.
Remember that EBI Neutrino uses the integration of both the ERP and CRM. Real time reports and analytics is possible because EBI Neutrino uses JasperReports server as the report engine which can generate reports in real time or a scheduled basis.
Centralization of the accounts and contacts through ERP and CRM ensures that detailed and updated information on clients is available. The information may be contacts, order history, or billing and shipping details.
