Other than ensuring that devices are in pristine working conditions software-wise, Domotz PRO also enables IT professionals to securely access with one click. This way, they can manage the various aspects of the device without the owner having to give it up even for a minute.
Domotz Pro monitors all IP devices on any network regardless of the brand. Device status is checked every 30 seconds. Any device status changes are reported to the cloud and are visible via the Domotz Pro mobile and web apps in real-time.
The software includes advanced SNMP and TCP Monitoring functionalities through Domotz Eyes. The advanced network mapping feature significantly reduces the set-up time of managed network switches. This feature isn’t offered by competitors and is unique to Domotz Pro. It can perform speed tests on demand. Speed tests are also performed automatically every 6 hours, to generate reports on network performance over time.
Domotz Pro also includes a reports feature, for reviewing network status. Domotz automatically scans opened ports for available services and facilitates remote access to them in 1-click without needing a VPN or needing to configure the router or settings. The software supports remote desktop, enabling you to connect with client machines via secure encrypted connection. Get on to the configuration panel of lighting systems, control systems, IP cameras, routers and anything else that supports web access, in 1-click.
