The application helps community managers efficiently engage on community websites, Twitter accounts, Facebook pages, FAQs, blogs and forums, as well as feed internal CRM and business intelligence applications. Companies can monitor performance on social media using key indicators designed specifically for the needs of customer service, creating custom reports and comparing performance on different social platforms. Dimelo chat – client assist customers in real-time with a live chat into its website. He knows whom he is talking to, Identifies his customers and offers them the best solutions. The customers can share multimedia files (images, PDF files, etc.).With Dimelo Mobile, unlike with traditional chat, customers retain the complete history of the conversation between them and the brand. They can go back to the history at any time, even after closing the application. If the client send a response after customers have closed theirs application, they receive a push notification indicating that the client have answered.Dimelo allows tracking process, controlling everything from the categorization of messages received to the quality of the replies sent.
