DealSafe is a Business Intelligence software for managing all contracts and key documents. DealSafe’s Contract and Document Management platform extracts and manages the user’s key business deal points and terms such as renewal provisions, milestones, insurance requirements, covenants, revenue, bookings, deliverable’s, start dates, end dates, and more.
Once the data is extracted, the user can set reminders and alerts so obligations and opportunities are never missed. To begin with its use, the software ingests all the user’s documents from upstream and downstream systems to help automate workflows that involved contracts. Then, paralegals in the software will automate the extraction of all the relevant terms from the contracts such as start and end dates, auto-renew details, costs, revenue, and others.
This will replace manual data entry and due to its structured extraction process, it will allow setting automatic alerts and reminders for any key points during the deals. There are two kinds of alerts: renewal alerts and additional alerts. The first one notifies users before a contract comes up for expiration and the second one, regards payment dates, deliverable dates, invoices to be sent, and other custom obligations.
Both of them will be seen on the dashboard and on each contract page. One of its biggest benefits is the easy-to-use system that allows clear and simple reporting, and searchable and taggable contracts. Another one is the astounding security level.
