ADDITIONAL INFORMATION I used Dataiku DSS for a kaggle contest. First, I was astonished by the exhaustive panel of connectors enabling me to basicaly connect to any data storage system. I was then amazed by the flow which makes it so much simpler to get an overview of the data pipeline I was building. It helped me to step back and to take a look at the big picture way more often than I used to. Visual data wrangling is pushed to an art and enabled me to clean, and transform my data like a charm, just by clicking and thinking. Just a few more clicks and I built predictive models whose variable importance I could understand immediately thanks again to simple and clean UI. Finally exporting data and submiting theme to kaggle was a matter of seconds. Long story made short: Dataiku DSS freed me from the technical aspects of machine learning to focus on its reasoning aspect.
Using DataIku allows a wide range of functions and features to any business, such as connectivity and real time scoring. This means that real time predictions and data visualizations can be achieved and so important decisions can be done faster and are better supported.
