The Dartmouth College, Tuck School of Business’ Full-Time MBA integrates a core curriculum that provides rigorous coverage of key functional areas and discipline with other experiential and global learning opportunities to develop graduates capable of becoming future global business leaders. Tuck's integrated core curriculum provides rigorous coverage of key functional areas and disciplines with such courses as statistics and decision science, corporate finance and capital markets, managerial and global economics, marketing, organizational behavior and personal leadership, strategy, communications, and operations. Students who have extensive background in a particular discipline can be exempted from taking one of the core courses, and take an elective course in its place. Tuck’s full-time MBA students participate in a First-Year Project (FYP), a required course that allows them to apply knowledge learned in the classroom into complex, real-world issues for a variety of clients. Clients range from multinational corporations, SMEs, nonprofit/nongovernmental entities, and startups from a wide range of industries. In the second year, students take on an elective curriculum that gives students the flexibility to choose from more than 100 electives so they can chart their own career path. Elective courses let you conduct a rigorous exploration of relevant business issues. The Onsite Global Consulting program is an extraordinary experiential learning opportunity for students whereby you offer professional quality consulting services to clients all over the world. While delivering with remarkable outcomes for students and clients alike, these programs enable Tuck MBA students to develop management skills and business expertise required to excel in a dynamic global economy. In addition, Tuck's career coaches bring a wealth of industry expertise to help you develop your post-MBA career.
