CrimsonLogic and Prognoz to deliver Advanced Analytics to Customs Offices

CrimsonLogic and Prognoz to deliver Advanced Analytics to Customs Offices : Prognoz, a global provider of business analytics solutions, and CrimsonLogic, a leading provider of eGovernment solutions and services, announced that CrimsonLogic has joined the Prognoz PartnerNet program as an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) partner. Under the agreement, CrimsonLogic is using the Prognoz Platform to expand the functionality of its portfolio of trade facilitation solutions. The first deployment of the combined solutions is currently being implemented for the Royal Oman Police, Directorate General of Customs Office.

CrimsonLogic is currently deploying a joint solution for the Royal Oman Police, Directorate General of Customs Office, including an Integrated Customs Management System and Single Electronic Window, which is enhanced with the Prognoz Platform. This combined technology will allow the Royal Oman Police, Directorate General of Customs to better manage and analyze customs processing.

The CrimsonLogic’s Single Electronic Window is a platform that allows trading communities to lodge standardised information and documents with a single entry point to fulfill import, export and transit-related regulatory requirements. The Integrated Customs Management System (ICMS) will allow Customs Authority to enhance customs administration in meeting current economic and globalisation trends and standards.

With the addition of Prognoz business analytics capabilities, the CrimsonLogic solutions will have the additional ability to deliver high level reporting and executive dashboard visualizations together with advanced analytics capabilities for trade and customs statistics analysis and forecasting.
