The general ledger maintains up to 18 “open” periods that allow a flexible closing at year end. The general ledger also generates income statements by profit center, by department, or by both profit center and department. The comparisons of actual to budget and previous year figures are also available in the general ledger.

The key features offered by the general ledger include reversing, recurring, and/or template entries, full bank reconciliation, exporting financial data to spreadsheets, bank adjustments, budget figures per account, and allowing sub-grouping of account together to consolidate financial reports. The account receivable provides invoicing, credit and debit memos, receipts, plus open item customer receivables. The accounts receivable feature also provides an on-line collections screen and item sales history window that empowers businesses to manage their business at maximum effectiveness and efficiency.

The key features of the accounts receivable include keeping multiple years to complete quote, order, invoice and payment history, credit limits and multiple shipping addresses per customers, ten custom sales fields on quotes, orders, and invoices, and credit and debit memos that can be easily created and allocated. The accounts payable facilitates effective cash flow management by allowing selection of payments be either due date or user-defined dates.
