ConfTool

Conftool provides you with a complete set of tools to properly organize and set your conference on a professional basis. Conftool has a 3 step set-up process ranging from basic settings, submission and reviewing module to the participant registration and management module.

Conftool provides you with two versions as per your requirements, these are VSIS Conftool and Conftool Pro. VSIS Conftool standard version is designed for facilitating your smaller events with up to 150 participants. It is open source and available under different licences.

VSIS Conftool is geared towards academic organizers of small, non-commercial events, and features basic functions as it is offered without support and for local installation only, with a free license on request. The professional version Conftool Pro provides you with more features, is more flexible and very suitable for bigger functions and events that require a large host, several contribution types, and/or sub-events.

Being offered as a hosted service with full technical support, Conftool Pro allows you varying capabilities not limited to local installation only, with its fee depending on the requirements and size of your event. With personal passwords encrypted in your database you are ensured of security to your accounts.

The password generator for administrative users simplifies the creation of new accounts. Conftool allows you to check the existence of your emails through DNS queries and also validate them via confirmation emails. You can also search for duplicated users, listing with several user accounts, avoiding the creation of duplicated accounts by email and name comparison.
