CFLOW has a workflow designer which helps users create their own form fields, process steps and workflow rules to manage their work requirements. CFLOW helps SMBs transition from running their operations on email and spreadsheets to using business applications that help increase productivity and reduce costs. CFLOW creates an approval-based workflow in minutes and hours, instead of weeks and months where workflows can be created, tested and published immediately. CFLOW also includes a business activity monitor to identify bottlenecks both at a process level and user level where a dynamic report builder helps users gain critical business insights for effective management of their workflows.
CFLOW enables users to link lookup tables, auto-populate fields, provide context-sensitive help and create business rules. CFLOW offers a number of templates with pre-defined workflows which can be modified by users according to their requirements. CFLOW has an admin interface where users can track how much time the workflow template has saved over manual processes and indicate areas for improvement and where users can look at daily reminders and notifications to improve productivity.
