Triage

Triage is a web-based application offering helpdesk solutions which is written in Java and it provides an interface for handling tickets with notes and solutions . It uses Hybernate and ZK libraries. Triage allows for full-text search indexing. It is also possible to do plug-ins generating tickets from external sources.
