All applications operate on the Barilliance personalization platform from a single easy to use control panel and can choose to implement any of the solutions and add other functions later, without the need for further implementations. Barilliance helps eCommerce sites of any size to increase sales and conversion rates by providing visitors with a personalized omni-channel shopping experience.

The Barilliance eCommerce personalization suite includes: cross channel personalized product recommendations, behavioral triggered emails, real-time onsite personalization and Live social proof notifications. All applications operate on the Barilliance personalization platform from a single easy to use control panel.

Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) delivery and Zero Integration technology enable online retailers to reap the benefits of our personalization technology without upfront investment. The Barilliance product recommendation engine keeps track of every activity shoppers perform on the site from the products they’ve looked at, added to cart and purchased to their favorite categories.

Barilliance gathers this individualized information over time and builds a rich consumer profile. This profile, combined with other shoppers’ activity, is the basis for the product recommendations that are presented to shoppers. The system responds to shoppers’ activity in real time.

The product recommendation system is also semantically aware and understands the specific semantics of the site. The recommendation system labels the shopper as price sensitive. This information will be used by the product recommendations engine to promote similar products at the same price point.

With Barilliance, the user can target visitors on the shopping cart page and save the cart in return for their email addresses. If the about to abandon visitors have not even entered products to their cart, capture their emails with an exit-intent popup offering them something of value, in return for their email address.

Barilliance offers responsive templates for triggered emails, so no matter on which device the email is opened on (mobile, tablet or computer), the email content is optimized. Barilliance has developed a cross device recognition technology that presents customers with a widget containing their original shopping cart items, even when the cart abandonment email is opened on a different device from the device originally used for the shopping session.
