Avaza also offer users list-view, kanban boards and Gantt charts to choose the appropriate task layout. With Avaza, users can easily create new tasks and assign to the team and customers, as well as set deadlines.

With Avaza, users can organize tasks, as well as assign colorful tags to tasks for flexibility when filtering and sorting them. Users can as well see all tasks assigned to them across projects using the My Tasks view. With Avaza, users can predict the likely time remaining to complete a task. Avaza provides online and email-enabled discussions for users to get instant feedbacks on tasks.

Avaza enable users to attach files to projects, project tasks, and discussions. It also offers quick search for easy location of files. Users can automatically synchronize tasks with due dates across their favourite calendar applications using Avaza’s industry-standard iCal feeds.
