Together, they deliver comprehensive capabilities for enterprise service bus messaging, business process management, and automated system monitoring - plus an Enterprise Edition visual design environment to model and build transformational customer experience applications.

Aurea CX Platform is divided in to three solutions, the CX Process, CX Messenger and CX Monitor. Aurea CX Process provides the business process management building blocks users need to support complex application environments, enabling them to model and measure multi‑channel customer journeys.

Aurea CX Process ensures that the business process automation can adapt to and keep pace with its evolving infrastructure. With CX Process, users can model the precise experiences they want their customers to have - and then easily roll them out across web, mobile, and physical touch points.

With CX Messenger, users can integrate technologies without getting bogged-down in time consuming custom implementations or high-risk roll-outs. Solve the most challenging connectivity problems across SOA, REST, SaaS, and APIs.

CX Messenger provides a unified, hybrid integration platform that creates a seamless network of apps, data, and devices. CX Messenger Enterprise delivers advanced API management capabilities, more than doubled messaging capacity and 10x data capacity, and real-time metrics to diagnose and resolve flow-control issues.Lastly, with Aurea CX Monitor, automatically discover all the systems in the infrastructure involved in a business process, this provides total visibility as changes or additions happen over time.

CX Monitor Enterprise taps into the power of big data to capture, analyze, and understand all of user’s data, enabling real-time analytics. And, with auto-configuring embedded agents, users can scale IT services even faster.
