It is possible to itemize individual credit card line items and allocate the costs to different general ledger codes to capture important transaction details including taxes, rates, and surcharges.

Receipts can be photographed, emailed into Ariett, and attached to the relevant expense report for managers to check while reviewing the report. Ariett supports features such as receipt capture, personal and corporate credit cards, mileage calculation with Google Maps and CONUS and OCONUS rates.

Ariett delivers end-to-end transaction visibility, helping finance teams to make spending decisions that optimize cash flow and meet budget requirements. User management, visibility rights, and a complete audit trail ensure enhanced security and compliance across multiple companies and entities.
