Adaxa Suite is an ERP open source software that masters the core functions of a business regardless of its business or charter. The program is organized to map into the typical business processes and provides a complete, integrated unitary system. Features of the software cover planning supply chain management, customer relationship management, financial performance analysis, integrated point-of-sale integrated and webstore asset management.
The quotation system can be operated for sales order management, requisition to pay for processing invoices and received purchase orders. Adaxa Suite has an automated system which provides functions to allow for reconciliations. Another functionality covers costing and accounting with reports and general ledger modules that generate accounting entries.
The Supply Chain Management element of the software covers inventory receipts, shipments, movements, stocktake count and processing. Adaxa Suite allows the user to organize, maintain and operate a web store that is shared with a standard application and has the ability for multiple users to view transactions online. Sales orders can be created in a POS system automatically, with an integrated touchscreen designed for the user to interact with the application without the use of a mouse or keyboard.
Adaxa Suite is integrated with eGility software, a combination of two open source engines supporting web store businesses. Documents such as quotations, orders, invoices and emails and manually created documents can be created in the Adaxa Suite system. Users can access the Adaxa suite on smartphone devices and tablets at a fraction of the cost of traditional ERP solutions. As an ERP solution, Adaxa Suite is cost effective and can increase productivity, flexibility and stability for businesses.
