The inventory management feature includes a 16 character part number with user defined segmentation to allow powerful reporting. The inventory management feature offers tools that allow customizations of screens, field selection, size, title, and column position to enable tailoring of the software to the specific task in an organization. The purchase and sales order entry feature automates the company’s sales order entry and invoicing process. The features offers an excellent platform for tracking orders and printing order confirmations, picking slips, invoices, and credit notes. The purchase and sales order feature also facilitates handling the record-keeping and accounting functions relevant to effective management of the company’s order processing. The job costing feature offers users with a useful platform for profitably measuring and tracking all their projects or jobs and accurately and automatically recognizing revenue as each job progresses.
