With this software users can sell and collect better in an Omni-Channel world, and enable teams across their organization. They can empower their customers with the ability to make purchases and transactions across Mobile, Contact Center and Web. Moreover, it has the peculiarity of payment requests.
Anyone with an email address can receive a request. Then they can pay with their card or bank account by logging in or simply clicking Pay. With Acromobile’s responsive email templates it's now easier than ever to send Payment Requests to customers. Regarding the steps of the payment process, customers can order by phone or mail with debit or credit card. Then, users get paid by phone or mail.
Customers can use QR Code or URL links to pay with card. Acromobile integrates CRM and payments. It instantly converts orders to cash by processing secure payments through salesforce.com. They store only the card token such that the entire card number is never exposed, benefiting the security of customers.
Another feature is complete security. All payment data is stored in secure CyberSource data centers and exchanged for safe token. Tokens are generated using proprietary algorithms that cannot be mathematically reversed and are meaningless to hackers. Security also includes Custom Internal Profiles and SSL to handle much of the scope of PCI-DSS Moreover, it generates a single view insight of the customer across channels and devices leveraging Acromobile Reports & Dashboards.
Acromobile seeks to improve customers experience with its White labels, Payment History report and multi-currency and language support. When they pay, they won’t see Acromobile’s Brand or need to redirect to other websites. The process will only flow as if it was all happening on the same main page. Users can design and run any business process with point and click simplicity using Workflow, and manage success with flexible approval processes.
