Access HR offers features such as performance management and appraisals, talent acquisition and applicant tracking, payroll, reporting and analytics, self-service and mobile, learning and development, onboarding, document management and holiday and absence management.

Access HR provides dashboards, checklists and content management which provides visual information feeds and checklists to avoid a communication and activity black hole, make information consumable and accessible with compliance videos, webinars and checklists prior to their first day and ensure employee engagement and development starts from day one with pre-set onboarding workflows.

Access HR also provides compliance, workflows and documents management which allow new recruits to access relevant paperwork in advance of their start date like compliance activities, induction training, company culture, product/service training and even a personal development plan, create a formal onboarding process where actions can be logged, tracked and registered and drive compliance checks through onboarding and ensure completion before the new starter’s first day.
