Access FMS offers features such as finance system's core ledgers, Cash management, Management financial reporting software, Sales order processing and credit control, Procurement and supplier management, Inventory and stock control, Workflow forms, Document management and Mobile solutions. Access FMS lets users have an integrated purchase order software which allows staff to raise purchase requests and verify deliveries from a single and easy-to-use screen.

Access FMS also lets users increase their buying power with supplier performance analysis including a lifetime history of purchases. Access FMS also offers configurable templates for data capture and in-built workflow rules which ensure tight budgetary control, traceability and a real-time view of buying decisions.

Access FMS tracks any workflow throughout its whole lifecycle so users can be sure that tasks are carried out on time and efficiently. Access FMS is ready to run financial reports from aged-debtor lists to P&L and balance sheets or customize reports specific to the users’ organization. Access FMS provides targeted financial reports such as for divisions or individuals.

Access FMS also maps multiple sources of information into a single visual, interactive dashboard for a precise view of performance with the ability to drill down into the detail. Access FMS also empowers employees to fill in their expenses and add photos of receipts online via web browser or mobile app where accurate travel costs are calculated using HMRC and business approved rates.
